How does the transportation service work?
You book in advance by sharing date, time and destination. A companion arrives at your home, helps you prepare if needed, accompanies the full outing, and brings you back home safely.
Does the companion stay during the appointment?
Yes. The companion remains on site for the full duration of the appointment or outing. They can wait in the waiting room or accompany you into the office if requested.
Is the vehicle provided?
Transportation arrangements vary depending on your situation and region. Contact us to discuss available options in your area.
Is this available in remote regions?
Our services are available across Quebec. In remote regions, we coordinate travel while taking distances and local companion availability into account.
How much does an accompanied outing cost?
Rates are calculated on an hourly basis, including accompaniment and travel time. Contact us for an estimate based on your route and expected outing duration. Depending on eligibility, tax credits may apply.
Can recurring accompaniment be scheduled?
Yes. If you have recurring medical appointments or would like a weekly grocery outing, for example, we can schedule regular accompaniment, ideally with the same companion.
