Do you provide services for both children and seniors?

Yes, our services are designed for all ages, from 0 to 110.

Are your services available throughout Quebec?

At the moment, we cover the Estrie region. Stay tuned: we are expanding to additional regions based on demand and availability.

Do you offer medical care or only home support?

We offer both: medical care and home support. Everything that can help you stay well at home.

How it works and oversight

How does the registration process work?

You contact us, we assess your needs at no cost, and then we propose a plan adapted to your situation.

Who are your care providers?

A multidisciplinary team: nurses, care attendants, home support workers, child caregivers and maintenance staff. Our goal is to build a complete care ecosystem for your health and well-being at home.

How do you ensure quality and safety?

Our providers are qualified, trained and supported by our internal team. We also perform regular follow-up with clients.

Do the same providers come each time?

Whenever possible, we prioritize continuity of care with the same providers.

Do you offer occasional or recurring services?

Both. You choose according to your needs.

Pricing and payment

How much do your services cost?

We provide clear, fixed hourly pricing depending on the service type and healthcare professional involved. No surprises. Let's speak directly and we will present the best option for your needs.

Is there a minimum number of hours?

It depends on your situation and whether support is occasional or recurring.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank withdrawal or credit card. Simple and fast.

Do you offer packages or frequency-based pricing?

Yes, we adapt our service packages to your needs.

Tax credits, funding and financial support

What tax credits or financial assistance are available to reduce service costs?

1. In-home care and support for seniors (65+): Tax credit for home support for seniors. Reimburses around 36% of eligible expenses (housekeeping, personal assistance, mobility support, etc.). Two options: monthly advance payments or annual reimbursement when filing taxes. 2. In-home medical care (all ages): Some services (e.g. nursing care, specialized care) may be claimed as medical expenses. Tax credits are available provincially and federally. Reimbursement occurs at tax filing. 3. Child care expenses: Refundable child care tax credit. Reimburses between 40% and 75% of expenses depending on family income. Two options: monthly advance payments or annual reimbursement.

Do private insurance plans cover in-home care costs?

Yes, many private plans include partial coverage for in-home medical care and assistance services in some cases. Coverage varies: some policies reimburse only prescribed medical care, others may include domestic help or respite. Always verify your policy terms; a medical prescription is often required. Uncovered fees may still be claimed through tax credits.

Do you help with paperwork?

We provide clear, detailed invoices so you can complete your claims with Revenu Quebec or your insurer.

Does the reimbursement percentage vary by household income?

Yes, it is calculated based on your household income.
